Suzanne is a Speaker, Facilitator, Mediator, and Conflict Coach. She works with organizations across the country to support employees who are transitioning to their authentic gender identity, while also supporting the workplaces to embody a culture of diversity that’s respectful and harmonious.
She has worked with countless organizations across the country to help them develop strategies to address conflict and become more collaborative, and solution based. Her areas of expertise are in Conflict Management and Gender Diversity.
Her first book, When Gender is In Question: A Guide to Understanding tracks the journey of her youngest child’s gender transition and provides a manual to understanding the subject of gender diversity.
